The objective of this workshop is to explain the criterias of High Performance Jump Rope Competition and also to give them the exposure.
The modules consist of explaining the regulations of competition, competition categories, age limit for participants, jumping techniques and the marking point of juries. This workshop was received a good response from all the trainers and participants.
